There is no upgrade for DMC5. DMC5SE is a separate game all together - there is also no option to import progress from the PS4 version. If you use your PS4 disc you will still just play the PS4 version but with minor improvements, not sure how fast the loading time is in this case but it's probably nowhere close to SE's load times.
